Challenges extremely cold climate start | fine control energy 24 v power supply winter standard test a complete success!
Recently, the research and development team of Precision Control Energy project went to Heihe, an ice and snow world on the border of China and Russia, and carried out the winter standard test of precision control 24V all-weather starting power for nearly 20 days in the extremely cold place of minus 30℃.
Starting power supply is one of the important strategic products of precision control energy. At present, more than 150 sets have been loaded and used all over the country. The average loading cycle is 5 months, the accumulative mileage is 100000 kilometers, more than 1800 times of starting and stopping.
The winter standard test improved the data of vehicle use in extremely cold conditions. The test mainly includes the cold start calibration of the vehicle, the adaptability calibration of the vehicle operation and the performance calibration of the vehicle in the ultimate working condition under the condition of -30℃.
In order to truly test product performance and forge high-quality products, the project research and development team began to test at 5 am every day. During the test, all kinds of data are accurately recorded. If the temperature in the daytime fails to reach the low temperature standard of the test, the test will continue at night.
Through the team's hard work day and night, the winter standard test has been successfully completed: the product has shown excellent performance in the extremely cold environment, and all the indicators have met the expectations. A large amount of product operation data has been collected in the product calibration process, which lays a profound quality control foundation for the product, and makes the agents of iPotisEdge more assured and the end users more comfortable.
